01. Infrastructure & Deployment
The "Service" constitutes a turn-key media infrastructure package. This includes:
We commit to a 48-hour delivery protocol starting from the moment the "Identity Sync" form is submitted. Technical delays caused by third-party hosting propagation or domain registration are outside our direct control.
02. Intellectual Property Rights
B2Bmedium IP
We own the underlying architecture of the Publishing Engine, the curated structure of the resource library, and the proprietary outreach methodology. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these for your business operations.
User & Publisher IP
You retain 100% ownership of your brand name, logos, and any original content you produce and publish through the portal.
The Media Kit slides are for your perpetual, rebranded use.
03. Financial Commitments & Refunds
The Publisher Kit requires a one-time investment of $2,000.
Because this service involves the immediate delivery of digital assets (1,500+ reports) and the rapid deployment of technical infrastructure, refunds are generally not provided once the "Identity Sync" phase has commenced.
04. Liability & Performance
B2Bmedium provides the "tools of the trade." We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, sponsorships, or brand partnerships. The Verified Client List and Media Hub contacts are provided as-is.
In no event shall B2Bmedium be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our infrastructure.
